10's World Buffs

So I know you can get Rallying Cry of the Dragon Slayer, but is there any other buffs you can get from consumables (other than food) and also world buffs?

One of the buffs you get in Zangermarsh from Keleth in Cenarian Refuge is pretty nice. Only works in Zangermarsh though. Gives plus 15 to primary stats.

If you have level 60 friend with trinket from Mists, Mistcaller Ocarina, you can have him buff you and get full value of the stat proc.
However it fades when you enter instance, so you have to get the buff inside the dungeon.

During the Legion intro quest in the stormwind/org harbour you can get multiple buffs by clicking the kegs, armor table etc., they last two hours.

To get the quest either start legion chromie time or (more likely) if you completed the legion intro already use group sync to get it.

Buffs:
30% bonus armor
bonus holy damage
9 Vers.

Killing Thistleleaf Thorndancers in Val'Sharah grants stackable buff called thorny carapace, it lasts only two minutes but it does "legion" damage.

Good question but since its not talked about alot I reckon its only for pve
