According to the 1.18% Aylax mentioned, that would bring us at around 63-65%, and with the base of 40% that would(if Aylax's statement is correct) bring us above 100%, but that's only if you have a shield.

Tell me how is PvP balanced with the new MoP talents , tell me how much is PvP balanced with the base damage and the op hunters and mages that do shitloads of damage even if you've too much resi. I agree endgame PvP is incredibly shit, PvE is the same as always, but be creative here! We've been creative in this forum for years, trying to figure out new ways to enjoy ourselves on our low-level twinks, and they're finally putting something in the game that brings a whole bunch of new opportunities! Not talking craps, but what I said is true. You're talking about MoP talents and other things that do not concern this bracket.
Does +3 stats affect your resi? Live +4 stats don't do anything with my resi.
