10 warrior question

I made a 10 warrior a few days ago and I hit the cap for dodge,parry,block and miss, but I noticed Fcer,
Fcer @ Medivh - Game Guide - World of Warcraft has 25 parry rating, but I only have 23, is there anything that im missing?
Unhittable @ Bloodhoof - Game Guide - World of Warcraft. I know im missing lots of gear, but i still have to use 5+ dodge to bracers to get to the ctc cap.
Please help!
Is there any gear i need to get to get my parry rating up?

i believe what your missing is some more strenght. strength increased parry rating and ur strenght is a few points lower than his

Horde gloves xD. Thank you vvhitelight, although im still at 100%, is that cap 102.4 or is 100% the cap ?

100% is PvP Cap
102.4% is PvE Cap


Looking at your warrior, you don't have any Grandfathered gear, professions aren't maxed, non-BiS block shield, and you have no AGMs. I see no reason why you shouldn't remake a level 10 warrior, but start as goblin. Get your grasps of victory, 3str sword, stam/crit ring, then faction change to Nightelf.


Also, I logged out in my warrior's PvP set for getting CTC Capped. It requires you to have giant growth on tho.

I don't have the money to faction change, i would if i could. thanks for the help, i'll try to get the bis gear, one step at a time, but icant faction change.
