EU+US 10 tink question

I've seen 2 at level 10 now with 3stats in chest and bracers... What is that enchant called? I really need it. Can someone help?

The enchants you have seen are enchants scaled to level 19 anyway, and all stat enchants apart from peerless SHOW +3 stats, but they are wrong and actually give +1 stats. Peerless stats give +2 stats and is the ONLY one to do so.

so you say that it gives +1 stats but in bg's it gives +3 ?
and the text is just bugged? but still gives +1?

He is right. The +3 one doesn't give +3, but in fact gives +1. The best enchant currently, is +2 which is "Peerless Stats"

Here's a cool tip that will save you from asking about the names of enchants again. If you go to someone's armory page and click 'advanced', it will actually display the names of all their enchants. Wow.
