10 stats gem? Help

hey! How do i get the 10 stats gem nightmare tear?

It's scales down. Don't waste your time. Pretty sure when I looked at it on my 89 it was +1 stats

EDIT: Actually I was thinking of Sirens Tear....Scratch that lol

It only gives +6 at 59, that being said buy on AH or lookup on wowhead where to get it

All of them appear to be +1 when notnin possession or slotted in gear.

It is really good especially as a strength user tbh. 6str + 6 stamina.
