slow weapon in both. a fast weapons are used by rogues to apply poisons

Okay awesome! So duel cruelbarb is probably the best bet, which is > cruelbarb + gutterblade I'm assuming

Rogues have poisons and a host of talents that favor a fast offhand over a slow one, Warriors and EnSham have more talents and abilities that favor a slow offhand than a fast one.

Yup, at 19, because there is a total lack of any Fast>Slow talents and mechanics for Rogues, it's not an impairment to using a slower OH than you would at higher levels.

Is there a thread stating what each class is getting from choosing the mastery? I know were suppose to be getting a spell for each mastery and Kinda curious what each spell. I been trying to find it but Im not seeing anything concerning that matter.

Hmm I clicked that link and went to warriors...and under fury its showing we won't be gettin piercing howl?

Well even with warriors losing hamstring if you go to the talent calculoatr --> warriors, they have some nice survivability and utility talents under arms and especially fury
