Where did you log in? If you didn't delete your character the moment you logged in, it's probably too late. Get a GM to move all your items to a level 1 character of the same class and race. This might take a few tries.

GMS cant lock xp but

I think they can move a character to a gy, like elwyn forest gy, then there wouldnt be a ding I guess
