1 exp from 61.

Probably getting my account back today or tomorrow. Not played it for soon two years I think. Can I be completly sure to not get that 1 exp, if I just HS (SW) from where I am and go directly to the expguy in SW?



Can't even imagine how it would be if I log in and see my char *DING* 61 "new place" discovered! exp:2799

Have you logged in since Cataclysm? If so, you should be safe traveling to the XP eliminator, as I don't think the SW subzones grant any XP, and you should have discovered them already.
 
I have not, Early 2010 :/ Dis ez scary! Hopefully, im in either Ironforge or SW.. and I guess I have already discovered them?
 
You should be fine, as far as I know only New Orgrimmar gives a new discovery, Stormwind and Ironforge have remained the same.
 
I'm not 100% sure, but i THINK you might gain exp =/ I was on an old orc rogue of mine helping a friend today, one which i hadn't logged onto since WotLK, took the portal to org from Dalaran, then dinged with the 8 exp i gained when rediscovering Orgrimmar..



See if a GM will port you straight to the exp cap NPC or something

Org changed, SW didn't.
 
If you log in and don't ding I would probably open a ticket and try to get a GM to lock your exp to be safe.

There's no new discovery XP. Org was completely revamped, unlike SW.
 
I've known iacc for awhile around these forums, and he is hardly providing false information. The stakes are pretty high here, however, and your best bet is to open a ticket and ask the GM to turn off XP for you and directly take the 10g from your toon.
 
I heared that you gain xp by logging in @false places like sw.



Some twinks I had known failed with heir chars.....and no gm can level you back.

Give it a try asking a gm for locking xp for you.

Where did you log in? If you didn't delete your character the moment you logged in, it's probably too late. Get a GM to move all your items to a level 1 character of the same class and race. This might take a few tries.



You probably logged in at one of the new Cata revamped zones, unfortunately.
