Hey all, There's been at least some interest in that which is most optimized, level 14/15. Main difference being slightly more available gear/content and a talent point at 15, slightly better scaling at 14. I thought we'd just make a general thread and steal ohti's (and pizza and his peers)...

I have two examples of this. Clearly +3 Vers and +6 vers are... different. Secondly, the set bonus actually applies +25 Stamina, like it would on a level 32 character who equipped it, not a +7. Keep this in mind.
