on the new PTR build @Roboartist they released a new ptr build yesterday, no new changes from the old to new

Doesn't look like there's any level 60 item-changes on the new PTR build

same with fire opal necklace

new changes on the PTR: Sub Rogue Weaponmaster Talent: 100% -> 6% old: new: force of magna no longer has 1m proc, but still pretty high for the level - mc hammer for comparison
