Cauterize is actually 48% of your health over 6 seconds. It's 12% every 1.5 seconds.

I regularly sell pre 20 twink items on arthas horde for around 300-900g. I know that is somewhat vague, but it really only matters if there is another one on the AH. This is al least my experience with arthas horde.

You may be suprised how easy it would be with 5 level 10 twinks.
