Not any other flying mount except the X-53 Touring rocket. You can use it in Azeroth (I am able to do that in live atm.), but the mount won't fly so it basically acts like 100% ground mount with passenger seat.

I have 30% damage reduction on my 70 warlock with 511 resilience. That's without the 50% hotfix resilience buff that was later nerfed. I think it's well worth it to stack the resilience, especially since casters and rogues are dealing insane damage now.

If you plan to twink on 70, I highly recommend you to get separate tbc account for that purpose. You can always make a twink with a friend, get RAF for triple xp for levels 1-60 and the leveling will go really fast even without heirlooms. Sure it's another 15$ per month but if you aren't playing...

Dps is same but bigger damage range: 404 - 607 Damage -> 354 - 658 Damage. As far as I know, some people prefer weapons with larger damage ranges, but I don't think that it has any impact to dps. Just chance for bigger burst and chance to see slightly bigger numbers.
