10-19 twinks represent 0.0001% of the WoW player population, and the problems in our bracket aren't really first priority for Blizzard. Numbers currently generated in the 10-19 xp-off bracket are inflated, and you all have to realize that they aren't like that in the other xp-on/off brackets...

I'm surprised nobody has brought up the "Deadly Momentum" talent in the rogue's Assassination talent tree, I think that will be the talent that puts Mutilate on par, or even better, with Sub/BS spec in WSG.
