I got an epic boe yesterday on my warrior that dropped for a level above me but unsure if that's because I'm level 11 or because they always drop 1-2 levels above you

if you still have rings from NW that dropped before the season change you can still socket them, otherwise only the theater of pain and motherlode rings will work if you dropped them after season change :)
