Mythic dungeons drop 493s. Dawn if the Infinite yields 1 Splintered Spark of Awakening per boss on any difficulty, even on Heroic (so 1 crafted ilvl 502 piece per two bosses cleared). Hard mode mythic DotI drops 509s. That's pretty much it. Of these, the middle option is probably the easiest.

Most of that gear comes from Bismuth Lockboxes. They were patched about 2 weeks into the expansion, and prices subsequently skyrocketed. They are essentially grandfathered. You may still occasionally be able to find them on the AH (open the ilvl 545 item groups to look at the individual items)...
