Hi. I dont know if it has been mentioned. But easy to get under ILvl50 boots for speed enchant are theese Swamprunner's Boots. U can encahnt them and gem the 2+2 stat gems to them. Drops as ilvl 31 as green. Can proc as blue ilvl 47, and if u are extreamly "unlucky" they can proc epic on ilvl 57

only problem I find is how do u get the 10 gold needed before you ding. The 10 is easy by just doing the legion intro and getting the tome of tranquill mind and sell them for 30g. But plz share if u find a good way to get the 10 gold on a level 1.

This would be a problem if you are f2p. But I can just go into dungeon with an apropriate level alt and trade the item to the lvl 20. I totaly understand what you mean, and can see the problem for a f2p perspective
