The 3 Agi instead of 2 is probably because of the "Amor Skills" passive (5% primary bonus for wearing all the correct armor type that you get at lvl 27). The 2 Agi must have added just enough to your total to give you 1 extra point. But yeah, there are a lot of bugged tooltips right now...

True, they could, but I don't think they should. 70s are already paying a sub, not sure if many would continue paying if they couldn't even run group dungeons or pvp. And 20s need to be able to experience enough of the game to make them want to upgrade to a paid subscription.

I don't think they should disable exp off, just saying they could. Personally I don't think it would be fair at this point to punish all the players who spent loads of time gearing up their twinks. I just think that their solution which punishes you for getting better gear in a gear-based RPG...

If they really wanted to they could kill twinking overnight by just disabling the ability to turn xp off. They want to keep all the twinks on the gear treadmill just like max levels. Gotta keep those player engagement numbers up.

It's a single level bracket, just lvl 70s. Been that way for the last few xpacs. It can be bad for queue times depending on the time of day, but at least xp-on levelers can still join.

Dwarven Bunker/War Mill does it for WoD, and there's a Class Hall upgrade for Legion that does basically the same thing. I believe these only apply in their relevant expansion and for quests rewards only...so they have limited value for twinks.

You should be able to find a 344 BOE cloak with a socket if you look hard enough (maybe even socket+tert), it's easy to transfer them from any server now with the warbank. It looks like you could upgrade a lot of gear with 344s +socket. Unfortunately the 344 weapons require lvl 60 tho...

It's a shame mechagon is heroic/mythic only...if the settings work on those I guess they will only be useful for lvl 50 twinks.

Yeah the stats are just showing that way because he's in the timewalking raid and gear is scaled down. The drops are actually quite good. Especially good for 60s because the Shadowlands raids are still bugged with low ilvl loot. They are also good for 50s because you can get tert/socket procs...

I think this is not really as true as it was in previous xpacs. 10s/11s are still really good because they benefit from so many unintended things like overleveled gear from tw dungeons, or enchants like lifestealing that are overpowered for that level. But if you want a higher level twink...

What are your reasons for wanting to do 20? Are you planning on also doing pvp as well? Or just because you are on f2p? I think there are better options for pve twinks, especially if you have a sub.
