You can use party sync to your advantage outside raids. It will scale you to 60 and you get some power back.

DF tailors can craft big ones. You can just wait for The War Within prepatch when they make Dragon Isles the default leveling zone and get them with little effort.

My problems with this event include: It's temporally. It's purpose is to level characters and grind cosmetics. Not fan of gem effects that has nothing to do with wow classes thematically. Utility skills from other classes are cool but weird fire, frost and lightning effects are lame. Imagine if...

They made all 4 shadowlands leveling zones for lvl 10+. Unlike in BfA.
