Found these in my bags. You don't see boe plate helm or cloth shoulder drops for lvl 13 everyday, at least I don't. Not sure where they dropped from. Anyway I just wanted to share since they seem out of the ordinary.

For Horde cloth casters - Chest armor quest reward from Eversong Woods. Looks like it has more intel than any other quest reward chest. I got a rare upgrade with 13 intel /10 stam. So an epic would be 16/13 which would be pretty sweet...

Funny you ask that. I recently compared +7 int vs elemental force on my 19 lock as demo against a dummy and +7 came out ahead. I'm working on a 29 lock with a affli haste build and it's doing respectable dps. I'll try to post some numbers when it's done.

I think you're right. The War Mode tool tip says "increasing quest rewards and experience by 10%." I assumed that meant better chance for upgrades, but I did further reading on wowhead and it says "+10% World Quest reward bonuses at max level." So I guess it doesn't do anything for us, unless...

Make sure you have PVP War Mode enabled in your talents screen, it increases quest rewards. I just started a Horde 29 and only got a couple of rares in Silverpine and zero epics. Then I got 5 epics in Hillsbrad, so go figure. The fickleness of the RNG gods.
