Thanks for the response. I tend to feel the higher I get my haste, the better the GCD feels. It allows me to shield spam faster, or so it seems. I'll start to get some versa/crit gear and try it out but the versa/haste does feel nice for spamming shields. Do you know what the ppm are on the...
