I’ve always felt the opposite, I can never seem to get into casting dps, i love healing but casting dps always seems not as “actiony”

In the tence guide all it says is that tence, likes it at 28% I didn’t see any numbers or data explaining why or what that means or anything like that or what the cast time for spells are at 28, not that there anything wrong with not giving that information

I’ve looked through other posts and I don’t think it really mentions the reroll process like what I actually need to do or what I am looking to get by re rolling Do I have to wait to be level 20 to do the artifact thing? What does + 6.5 mean Do all quests have a chance to proc these epic...

Is there a quick guide to re rolling a class especially when it comes to quest and artifact “epic procs” I’m guessing I need to get to level 20 fast without turning in certain quests?
