I'm unaware if they can even drop for us but socket helms with 6 int/6 agil/6 strength and 9 stam + 2 secondary stat helm may drop from the event Item level 60 @ level 11, unsure for level 10's thought i'd just tell more about it coz our guilds hitting it most times its up, 3% drop chance btw...
