Your kind of right. But, at 79 you get to avoid having to gear up once you ding 80. Your immediately way behind in the gearing. Most 79 twinks can get into the fun with crafted resilence gear that is cheap. Meaning more emphasis on fast entry action and not this grind to get badges and gear...
