All in all, gear for tons of stam so you can live long enough to let your double WF weps do their magic : ) Between your totems and flurry procs, you can put out more than enough damage with what appear to be mediocre dps stats.

Mallet main hand w/ goose, offhand is between dire maul/skullbreaker/mcgowan and either goose or agi will work. In testing, I showed an increase of 70 dps from double WF over WF/FT. Plus, enhance has always been about burst, so double WF wins hands down.
