    Well i would love to play with you guys. But i'm on Outland and Ravencrest EU (alliance). I'm thinking about making a lvl 1 guild on Outland since it has the most active players on it.     Are lvl 1 twinks bugged in WoD. If i enchant 1 stam, 1 crit, 1 haste ect. on my white quality gear, it does not change my health or stats???
