I started my pure f2p-char in 2015. So I had to deal with a skill cap of 100 all the time. I managed to get the rat and all the fountain/coin achievements with this skill cap. I bought some doughnuts from the darkmoon fairy which helped a lot. Btw: Grats on the turtle!!!!

Yes, this is still the fastest way to farm the charms. I farmed 120 pieces (3 days worth of daily q) in 15min. (Priest dots ftw;)) Unfortunately the daily q is in Silverpine Forest only, the dark shore mobs don't count anymore for the q.
