The Stormwind / Orgrimar vendor sells greens for 2 silver, not sure what are you looking at. Also, the difficulties of time and distance are exactly for this guide, the idea behind it is to make F2P's life easier.

The vendor in Orgrimar is easier to access, close to the enchanting trainer and does not require a quest chain. The one in Krom'gar is not better in any way.

Yes, but the difference is minuscule (1 primary stat or so) and with Alchemy taking way longer to level, I would choose Inscription for the overall benefit (both PvP and PvE)

What is counted as "finish zone"? A specific quest chain? Also, can we get a second Construction guide as well or only for the Notes?

It won't. Nazjatar done (up until unlocking the world quests) + BFA Footholds done + Heart of Azeroth initial quest chain done is not enough. I have done everything on the list , there is something more.
