Well I did make that statement, but then when we went on PTR rogues took a mega nerf in dodge again and a few other things for 19 and 29s rogues got a minor boast.

Tell jealousy I said Hi back. Dodge was 90% when I use to be lvl 55+ melees, but I still beat a few mages/druids/priest etc with the use of consumables. I haven't had the BIS gloves drop for me yet and I have many rogue, but i don't remember what accounts they are on.
