With good healers you don't really need that much hp. Anything over 1600 buffed with high armor and maybe res should be pretty decent.

Unless I'm doing something wrong then the addon (quite possible) just drops me into an empty channel on the horde side on vashj. This is the one that I used: F2PAddon - Chat & Communication - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse I see that it's been updated since I tried it last so will try it...
