Does anyone have info if the quest shows up with xp off/on, and if it doesnt show with xp off how can you go about getting the quest for the 378 weapon?

For vets, i lock my xp i dont have to worry when i unlock that ill level because no xp gets banked right? But when i leave XP on when sub runs out thats when xp gets banked, correct me if im wrong please :P

How am i suppose to get 300ilvl azerite quest rewards? Im only ever seeing the 285 ones.

As title, which would be better for wpvp if im wanting to be haste stacking fire mage to pump g-pyro to kill 120s edit: or 110 is up for debate as well
