It looks like you can learn any profession up to shadowlands, I was able to learn northrend engineering, maybe ill level my engineering to 5 and make a frag belt

wont be able to tell for 100% until character copies start but it looks like from wowhead database it's 35

45 for the tokens no level requirement for the mount loot boxes. So if blizz doesnt limit f2p to noob island looks like full f2p can get new mounts

Right now there are optional reagents for crafting that scales items to various levels. For example you can make a level 50 sulfuron hammer. Not sure if you add the eye from rag what happens. But most crafted gear can be scaled to 50, only certain ones can scale down to the different levels...
