i've tried the same thing. a month back ish in Ab the whole bg i was able to see all rogue/druids while they were in stealth at first i thought they were not in stealth but i wasnt able to taunt them or anything untill they were with in the "normal" detection range. i thought i was going crazy...

From what i've seen all the 10-19 weps if its a lvl 17 wep it drops with +8 ilvl not sure if its the same with armor.

i found a guy with a lvl 60 bwb i belive he got it from the old salvage creats so the content scale in the salvage creats now i belive

I'm alittle confused here. in the title it says f2p? you can't play 19s a F2P. If you play with locked XP at 19 and without sub you can't que for bgs. and what is your friend playing?
