Demote Ret to B Tier on the Veteran list, and C Tier on the F2P list? And as for HPal, I do believe they’re A Tier unless you have a specific reason against it. HoJ, Bubble, big burst heals, and they’re tanky. I’m definitely open to an alternative point of view though!
