As for tanks their pretty much unkillable, but their DPS is really slowing them down. Avg dps of a tank is around 150-300k while a DPS can easily go up to 1m+. For world pvp I would suggest a sub rogue, their still pretty OP however as mentioned above already its going to get harder and harder...

Like Aelobin said, due to the shoulders being legendary and also BOE cloth you are left with 3 other BOEs therefore they are not really valuable at all. You're better of rolling a class that can use multiply armor types.
