The difference I noticed is that the cata goggles give one less primary stat as a bonus, whereas pandaria goggles give 2.

I’ll just throw in (since I didn’t see anyone else mention it) that you’re limited on the cogwheels that you can put in it. I believe there’s only 1 mastery cogwheel, and it’s unique equipped. But there is (if my memory is correct) 2 haste and 2 critical strike cogwheels, as well as some others...

My artifact has 35 int, 12 Stan at ilvl 31. Is there a difference at ilvl 34 with stats? I’m trying to see if it’s worth grinding for +7 relics or if stats are the same.

What ilvl does your artifact become with two +7 relics as opposed to +5? I have rare +5 relics and my artifacts are at ilvl 31. Curious what the stat difference is...

I can confirm. I’ve been killing rares in Gorgrond that normally drop 44 gear. It’s all 25 now.
