Nice to finally see something close to "evidence", even if GM's aren't always the most reliable source. But combine this with the drop in auctions that we saw and less/no people claiming to have found new relics from lockboxes, I think it's as close to a confirmation as we'll ever get.

I think it's safe to say they don't drop anymore. With how long Legion has been out and how many HFC mythic clears that must happen each week, we would've seen at least 1 trinket drop by now, either for a twink or a 110 in the raid with them, even with ridiculously low chances.

Kazzak buff = 100% damage increase, Fel debuff = 45% damage increase. If they stack multiplicatively that's 190% increased damage. So 800k DPS on Kazzak is actually 276k DPS in normal circumstances which is decent for a blood DK but not exactly impressive either.

I recorded my Kazzak kill ages ago, before I got most my significant gear upgrades :P Comparing DPS on Kazzak is silly though due to all the buffs (double damage, +45% from fel debuff, +100% crit if you have the mage tower, etc).

The percent per rating varies greatly between specs because all the masteries work differently, so 480% probably isn't that outrageous. How much dps do they both do? From my experience, tanks do about half the dps of a DPS spec at the same ilvl, with Vengance DH being even lower than that.

I've noticed this too and I just put it down to some bad coding in their RNG functions for determining bonuses but maybe it's intentional. Doubt we'd ever be able to figure out the system though as there's way too many possible factors.

Gear/Stats You only get a choice of stats on accessories, gems and enchants. I went for versatility because the boost to healing/mitigation is definitely worth the very minor DPS loss compared to crit. I'd go with haste for your second ring to make the rotation more flexible/fun, unless you...

When you say "PvE" do you mean you want to farm/boost in Legion dungeons or you want to solo semi-difficult WoD content? Frost for the former, Blood for the latter.

A baseline 840 geared twink should be enough for dungeon boosting although you might need a little leech (10-20%) depending on the spec. Price will vary based on spec (some use multiple armor types = more items to buy) and the server that you're on. I'd personally expect to pay around 10k-25k...

I feel like a lot of people overestimate the value of sockets. Sure they're rare (~10% chance) and they give you a little more customisability with your stats, but they're only worth 5-10 ilvls in most cases (15 on a few slots and about 20 if it's a trinket that doesn't match your primary stat)...
