If you could control when Soul Cap would proc, then yeh I'd use the ring first because then you'd get the damage bonus across the entire SC charging time, followed by the explosion contributing to the ring's explosion. Just pop the ring as soon as SC procs I guess? :P

Finally found a Storm (Antonidas), which is only the 2nd one since I started scanning for relics.

If you only care about farming dungeons then go 101 as Havoc for faster movement speed from mastery and better scaling on leech (you can always level to 102 if you get bored). If you want to solo high end WoD raid bosses, well you're rolling the wrong class :P Most bosses require DPS over...

Decided to have a little fun with simcraft (I'm a nerd, I know :p). Simmed a 30 second fight to test burst dps, including everyone in the armory thread who was logged out as a DPS spec. Unfortunately it failed to import Wowsuchrogue properly and I had to remove Tirtmodes/Vladekk as the legendary...

I'm not 100% sure so take those results with a pinch of salt but honestly I think people overestimate the dps value of the fan proc for specs who don't boost it via mastery.

I'd recommend using your artifact over those 2H maces, even having just 1 trait and dungeon relics is better dps (although there is a chance SimCraft could be wrong) Burst (30 secs) Sustained (3-5 mins)
