Well I just got council of exarchs to exalted, and I could buy the tabard (on which the tooltip says requires level 35 to wear) from the vendor, thus unlocking the appearance. Although I still can't equip it. I think all the other tabards will function the same, no?

Does wearing a rep tabard (like tabard of Stormwind) interfere with the rep from legion dungeons? Because I've never gotten any rep from them (apart from getting like 1k rep from killing Dagrul once, but that seemed to be a one time thing)

Putting the item into void storage is what unlocks the appearance, but the item needs to be soulbound first. So maybe there is another way to get a helm soulbound without enchants? An idea that comes to minds is sockets (if the helm has room for them that is), do they make the gear soulbound?

You could also disenchants the legacy valor gear for skillups, no?

On EU Epic BGs tend to pop from time to time, of course since now it's the anniversary and classic AV is on, it does not pop. But I believe after that, Epic BGs will pop once again.
