As usual with seventyupgrades, if it seems to good to be true, it is. They assume everything can roll perfect which is rarely true. So for instance 7/7 gnomer rings don't exist but that's all you can pick on seventyupgrades. Revlosh can only roll 9/8 (+10 stam) just like so many other randoms...

I think most people will sit in q for wsg and an arena. Arenas will pop much faster and be more competitive, since we won't have pugs to deal with. I'll still be playing as much gulch as I can but arenas are going to be where the quick competitive action goes down.

The focus will be on arenas.

It's possible PVE > PVP transfers are opening up with TBC. I'll let you know if I get confirmation.
