I have maybe played 10 bg's since the change, I have got no Mark and no upgraded gear. But the tokens seems to have a new drop chance if Farnk has gotten one since the update. I don't think they would remove the upgraded gear though. You can still get the crates, but they does not contain...

Well, technically, your xp is locked. I they saw a problem when people where making twinks and sending stuff over to their main. Specially when they all did priests which followed in an destroyed bracket for people leveling. Blizzard cant be asked to fix the real problem, like ilvl gear and op...
