In pre patch I believe you could level mining / skinning up either 375 or 300 so that you got either Toughness (rank 5) or Master of Anatomy (rank 5) . The tool tip shows it gives you stats as it's rank 3 but if you got prof-level up before pre patch the stats are more like Rank 5 I believe...

Wouldn't say any class has one-shot-potential in TBC 19s, unless it's on a leveler.

This is a hint you should make a wrath-19 instead of 29 ;)

TBC was an upgrade from Vanilla and most people say Wrath is too! I'm both spooked and excited what wrath brings to 19s

meanwhile they won't split up xpon and xpoff in wrath classic, not sure if it will be a good or bad thing for the bracket

Head / leg Libram enchants, spellthread / leg armor, shoulder enchants will become red. The enchant will still show but it won't give any stats. Spidersilk boots and drape is req 19 instead of 20+. Lucky Fishing boots get req level. Hunters get aspect of the cheetah, shamans ghostwolf and druids...

Blizzard revealed that they will have faction and race change in wrath. Won't be in the game at realase though.

You can get a +3 scope attached on your bow via trade window (req lvl 20). Also, Librams on head/legs won't give any stats in Wrath I'm pretty sure.
