Lots of good stuff there, the green ring however is worthless now. Only worth hanging onto in speculation that level requirements will change. All the purples you have are worth quite a bit to level 1s, just make sure you price the ones with terts/sockets a bit higher.

It needs to be looted by the proper level, whether that's you for yourself or some other guy looting it to sell it. If someone loots a chest at level 32, you won't get it scaled to you just because you bought it off the auction house on your level 1/10.

If you're farming a hyperspawn and got a good kill rate going, you can probably average one every 1-4 hours. More if you're in a group. Sometimes you can get lucky and get more, sometimes you won't see one all day.

Yeah, that's why I didn't really look too much at the cata items, only a couple things in notables as possible, but not such a snowball's chance that it should go into unconfirmed.
