as terrible as it is, the best way i've found is befriending a multi-boxer or someone if they're camping a spot and just leeching on a 20 (for epic BoEs) I'm currently at about 7 epic BoEs but no socket proc on anything :'(

i’d get BC boots, double gemmed and put in the Blades Edge gems, it’ll outweigh secondaries you lose I’d get the wrists you currently have and try your best to get it socketed as a drop. Gloves and helm feel like they can be swapped but i’m drawing a blank on cloth equips for all sockets...

For Legion epic BoEs you need to be the level you want the epic. So if you're 20 you want a level 20. The green ilvl 28s is the only difference edit: Just sucks +4 vers seems to be GF'd or ring is just too low; couldn't put anything but +1 vers on it but still 27 vers is pretty huge, ring by...

after some farming; epic BoEs go to whatever level, my 20 was getting epic boe 20s while my 24 got gear for 25s so my 24 gets ilvl 28 greens that req. 19 my 20 gets ilvl 22 greens that req. 14 hope that helps

happened to me 4 times now, get an epic drop and it requires 25; i have a few posted on the AH also to note: out of like 100 boe ilvl 28s i’ve had 4 total epic drops (none of them had a socket /cry)

at level 24 the Legion epics require level 25

Legion ilvl 28 greens needs a level 24 looting to receive level 20 equipment, Legion Epics however only looks like it takes a level 19 or 20 to scale to level 20 (as stated above). BfA greens only requires level 20 if you're in a level 25 zone, Nazmir for example.
