Can I assume Kang's is confirmed to proc in 39 BGs? What about Fiery Axe?

OK...so just look at the stat results and compare. Luckily, the one piece i got with avoidance is on a DK...who sometimes stands in fire.

This is the first event where I've seen avoidance/leech/speed drop on lower level stuff. Is there a benefit? Or do you have to stack a lot to see a benefit? I don't know the detailed mechanics.

One caveat with this advice: the BG crates are only good for 3 days, real time, IIRC. If you wait longer than that, the crates will be empty. So, if you plan to lock xp at a certain level, plan for a burst of BGs in the three days before reaching your level cap.

Actually, I have 3 SFBM, so not looking to buy. What I was asking about was a scaled version, as proof that they are still dropping.

If SFBM is still obtainable, surely we would have seen a scaled one on some AH somewhere. I would have noticed it, if it appeared on any of my AH. Anyone seen one?
