They still drop but not on normal like above post stated, has only ever dropped on heroic. You also need to wait for the avatar to appear, so don’t one shot boss. Regardless 20s can’t do heroic.

I thought you said it was active because of the BC capped accounts, my point was that expansion capped accounts were merged into xpoff BG groups at the end of WTLK so that had nothing to do with the activity of the bracket past that time. Regardless of yours or my opinions.

Off topic but seems you mentioned it. As of Cata prepatch (end of WTLK) BC capped accounts were considered xpoff and put into the same bracket. The actual main reason 70s survived (flourished) during this time was arena rating achievements.
