No worries, it's a lot to take in. There are some of us that have been around nearly a decade and even then I don't even know everything about 10's, let alone other Levels.

@lvlonefun It wasn't mentioned here but in the 9.0.5 Thread. 10's got destroyed with Trinket Procs/Absorbs while 20's got a huge buff. 1's Gear got a large buff while 10's got a buff to Necks/Rings and everyone sub ~30 got hit with -1 Main Stat to several pcs but +1 Stam to several pcs

I feel like we're going to have to make a stickied Post in every Forums that says "FUCK YOU, TOOL TIPS ARE FUCKED"

This irritated me so much because I wanted nothing more than be Balance on my 10 but there just isn't any reason to do so when it's weaker in every way than Resto.

Nope, it's you. This thread pretty much started with the finding that at 20 the Procs/Absorbs from trinkets got a big buff on PTR. At 10 on the other hand, our Trinkets got their Procs dropped harder than Lindsey Lohan's Panties at an after party.

Here's a little Buff at least for the few 10's who got it this year (Stats increased a little, was 10 Dodge & 2 per 5)

That's weird. For Level 1-10's our Legion Necks/Rings GAINED Stats. But I know from checking PTR that 20's got big buffs to Trinkets where 10 got MASSIVE nerfs to the same Trinkets (Proc portion).

Updated my previous Post. Also, still getting Curious Coin and Gold on my 10 killing WB's in Legion.

Bout to check my Toons now, will report if anything weird. I put a BUNCH of shit in Void, just in case. EDIT: This one's gonna hurt for all the 10's who didn't spend the ~2 months getting it EDIT2 (stuff in Void): Dauntless Tokens still require Level 50 Turbulent Tokens now show Level 40...

@icehawk At least there's a page with hard data on Level requirements For Garrisons now (yes I see Comments from October but I never found that page until going to it via your Link) instead of just "You're too low Level for that item" constantly and wondering wtf.

10's don't have access to the Upgrades so I use the Barracks I think (the one that gives the Scout Missions that give up to 15K Follower XP). I have never seen higher than a 630 Mission. And yeah, I have all the Contract ones that 10 can access, the LvL 3 Garrison Contract Trader won't sell me any.

Bump, now full 18 Followers all Epic and 675, hoping someone figured out a way to get 2 more.
