the grind of leveling to 20 before you leave the starting zone is real. also: if you're referring to the old "Blur" bug.... i am pretty sure all new DHs made won't be effected by this bug. will have to make a new DH, level to 20 & make the "wrong" (picking Altrius as Legion's Class Hall Leader)...

it's most definitely a recently looted item. RNG is just rough when you only ping it once a day per item.

if farming on a monk, go with brewmaster. the mastery raises your AP & gives a dodge buff that stacks each time you get hit, & resets once you dodge. not sure if giving up the mitigation is worth the damage increase of a mistweaver. i farm on a monk for the mobility/entertainment though, as it...
