heirloom should be better. ferals scale off weapon dps, not the listed damage ranges, ex higher top end means nothing if dps is lower. unless stats are crazy skewed at 50, the haste and crit are equal (lose 10 crit for 10 haste), and thus a wash. the 4 agi with buffs and cat modifier comes close...
