Blizz will remove the option to turn XP Off, and turn F2P into a playable time limited Demo. I have zero faith that even if they do neither of the above, they wont somehow screw up items and scaling.

Depends I guess on what your are fighting - 400SP vs Mobs OK - I'd rather not have to sacrifice ~22% of my Spellpower to get a decent amount of haste in PvP.
