If you have the gold Stormscale's AH has plenty of the Socketed i28 gear available on it too. Instant gearing ftw :D

I like Castigation / Dark Arch Angel, Extra Penance Tick is good either Offensively or Defensively. Having a Damage Boost available for your team mates is always good, especially in a clutch situation. Increasing your damage also increases your healing to .... Only caveat i'd put on the above...

DH is just about a new class to me - only experience of playing one was as a 111 PvE Twink in BfA, so no idea on stat weights, which is why I was asking. I'll play around with gear / gems / enchants while I have a sub, my initial thoughts where to mix and match the i28 Greens with TBC socket...

Just started the gearing process on a Havoc DH - Curious after seeing your gear if Agility > over everything is the way to go. Agility>Crit>Haste=Mastery=Versa ? The Artifact Weapons better than the TBC 2 socket fist weapons? ( Hope not after 30 plus runs just to get 1 to drop )

The only ones I have found not scaled were in HM - and in one of the invasion points on the coast. The main one I farm when up is OK - ( the one where the Wolves / Free the bears WQ is ).

I only solo farm the i28 Greens - not sure there any spots you can't solo if your 24/25 is geared. Be warned not all the mobs you come across at the legion Invasion points are scaled down, although the level 45's aren't hard to kill on a 25, they do slow you down .... If leveling a new farming...

They must fixed the Proc in SL - it never proc'd on my 60(25) Disc - I used it consistently through WoD to BfA

Have they fixed Hand of Edward the odd ? Never ever had it proc on a caster before, maybe different on say a H Pala. That's based on using it on a old 60 Disc Twink though WoD > BfA I use Ironfoe on my 25 WW Monk farmer with one of the 3.6 speed weapons in the other hand, Ironfoe definitely...

Roof on Black Rook Hold, Val'Sharah - which is the second part of the World Quest - Nearly instant spawns. Where ever you try and farm you will have competition from people doing the objectives, just make sure you're fast and can tag efficiently - imo
